摘要
目前倒装法施工工艺广泛应用于立式圆筒形储罐施工。论文以某污水处理项目金属储罐现场制作为案例,对储罐抱杆提升系统进行优化设计,包括抱杆提升系统的型式选择、倒链的选用、吊耳的结构等。通过建立力学模型,分析验证了优化后抱杆提升系统的强度、稳定性。该新设计的系统在确保安全的前提下,能有效提高施工效率,保证施工质量,降低施工成本。
The upside-down method has been widely applied in the construction of vertical cylindrical storage tank. The article takes on-site construction of a vertical storage tank in a wastewater treatment project as an example. The design of holding pole lifting system of the storage tank was optimized, including the type selection of holding pole, chain block, the structure of lifting lugs etc., By setting up a mechanic model, the strength and the stability of the lifting system was analyzed and validated. Under the premise of ensuring safety, the new system can improve the working efficiency, ensure the project quality and lower construction?costs.
