摘要 高速铁路在开通运营一段时间后,一般是1~2年就需要进行一次钢轨打磨。运营后的钢轨打磨分为预防性打磨和修理性打磨。二者的区别是预防性打磨并未产生病害,是周期性的打磨;修理性打磨是对已产生病害钢轨的打磨。通过钢轨打磨,可以极大地改善钢轨与轮对的接触关系,修复轨头廓形,对宽广带、岔区不平稳、舒适度都有明显的改善。 After the operation of high-speed railway for a period of time, it is necessary to carry out rail grinding every 1~2 years. After operation, the rail grinding is divided into preventive grinding and repair grinding. The difference between the two is preventive grinding does not produce disease,it is periodic grinding; repair of the disease has been polished grinding. the rail grinding can greatly improve the contact between the rail and the wheel, repair the railhead profile, the broad band, bifurcation instability and comfort are improved significantly.
