To promote the development of agricultural products processing industry is of great signifcance.Empirical analysis shows that the specialization level of the agricultural product processing industry in Henan Province is high,and the main restricting factors are esource advantage,market demand,economies of scale and infrastructure construction.So we should strengthen the advantage of agricultural resources and promote agricultural industry clusters and enhance agricultural market demand and strengthen the agricultural infrastructure to improve the specialization level of the agricultural product processing industry in Henan Province.
