心理咨询在不孕女性中的运用

Application of psychological counseling in infertile women

目前不孕症发病率呈上升趋势,随着对疾病的进一步认识,心理健康在不孕患者诊治中有着不可忽视的作用。精神心理因素不仅影响患者的生活质量和身体健康状况,还可能影响不孕症妇女辅助生殖治疗的疗效。心理咨询在不孕女性中运用的有效性及其意义存在一定争议。本文对于接受辅助生殖助孕的不孕女性进行心理咨询后对妊娠结局及心理健康情况的影响进行综述。

At present,the incidence of infertility is increasing. With further understanding of the disease,mental health was considered to play an important role in the treatment of infertility patients. Psychological factors not only affect the quality of life and physical health of patients,but also affect the efficacy of assisted reproductive therapy in infertile women. There are some disputes about the validity and significance of psychological counseling in infertile women. This paper summarized pregnancy outcomes and mental health condition of infertile women who received assisted reproductive therapy after psychological counseling.
