摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是老年期痴呆的最常见类型,其发病率高,但缺乏有效的防治措施。传统观点认为AD是一种中枢神经系统疾病,而近年来研究提示,系统因素与AD存在密切关系。AD的主要致病物质β-淀粉样蛋白和Tau蛋白在中枢和外周进行代谢,中枢和外周代谢共同参与了AD的发生发展。本文对从全身角度来探索AD发病机制和防治策略进行讨论。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the most common type of senile dementia with a high prevalence rate,but there are still no effective prevention and treatment measures.AD is regarded as a central nervous system disease in traditional views,but recent studies have shown that systemic factors are closely associated with AD.Two major pathogenic substances of AD,β-amyloid and tau protein,are metabolized in both central and peripheral pathways,and the central and peripheral clearance pathways are involved in the development and progression of AD.This article discusses the pathogenesis of AD and related prevention and treatment strategies from a systemic view.
