原发性肺腺癌胃转移1例及文献复习 被引量：2

One case of primary lung adenocarcinoma with gastric metastasis and literature review

摘要 原发性肺癌常见的转移部位为脑、肝、骨等,胃肠道少见累及,肺癌胃转移病例更是罕见。检索文献发现国内有关肺癌胃转移的病例报道不足10例,因其症状无特异性,诊断较为困难。本文报道的病例中的患者为原发性肺腺癌已确诊,在治疗过程中发现胃内转移癌,以下将患者诊治过程进行报告.
