摘要
目的 :建立一种高效液相色谱法测定肤康涂膜剂中水杨酸和酮康唑的含量。方法 :采用C18柱 ,乙腈-甲醇 - 2 %醋酸铵 (14 4 3 4 3)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 35nm ,柱温 30℃。结果 :水杨酸线性范围 0 .5~2 5mg/mL(r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD =0 .6 4% (n =9) ,酮康唑线性范围 0 .5~ 2 5mg/mL(r =0 9999) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .6 % ,RSD =0 .86 % (n =9)。结论 :该法简便 ,灵敏 。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determine of salicylic acid and ketoconazole in the Fukang balm. Methods: C 18 column was adopted as stationary phase, solvent mixiure composed of acetonitrile-methanol-2% ammonium acetate (144343) was used as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 235nm, the temperature of column was 30℃. Result : Salicylic acid had a good linearity (r=0.999 9) in the range of 0.5~2.5mg/mL, the mean recovery was 99.8%, and RSD=0.64%(n=9). Ketoconazole had a good linearity (r=0.999 9) in the range of 0.5~2.5mg/mL, the mean recovery was 100.6%, and RSD=0.86%(n=9). Conclusion: The above method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
