CD44变异体及明胶酶在头颈部鳞癌中的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 肿瘤细胞的粘附及对周围基质蛋白的降解是肿瘤侵袭转移过程中两个重要的方面。CD44变异体及明胶酶因其在肿瘤细胞生物学行为中对上述两个方面特有的作用,成为肿瘤侵袭转移研究的热点。本文就两者在头颈部鳞癌中的研究进展作一综述。
