c-fos癌基因表达及前庭代偿

摘要 在机体细胞中多种因素可诱导早期快反应基因(immediate early genes,IEGs)迅速一过性的表达,这种表达是机体对环境变化发生的一个重要过程。本文介绍了早期快反应基因、前庭代偿(vestibular compensation)理论及早期快反应基因c-fos表达在前庭代偿机制研究中的应用,讨论了前庭中枢神经系统(central nerve system,CNS)在应答刺激过程中c-fos的表达特征,认为c-fos表达在前庭中枢神经系统间功能联系和定位的研究及前庭代偿机制形成的研究中有一定的应用价值。
