高血压患者的眼部血流动力学研究

目的 探讨高血压对眼部血流动力学的影响。方法用彩色多普勒成像技术检测 35例高血压患者的眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉和睫状动脉的血流动力学指标 ,取年龄相匹配的正常人 18例作为对照组。结果 高血压患者的收缩期峰值流速、舒张期血流速度及平均流速均高于正常对照组 ;大于 6 0岁高血压患者组的收缩期峰值流速、舒张期血流速度及平均流速明显低于小于 6 0岁组 ,而阻力指数则明显高于后者。结论 小于 6 0岁的高血压患者有利于眼球的血供 ,而年龄大于 6

Objective To probe into the effects of systemic hypertension on the ocular hemodynamics.Methods This study included 35 eyes of 35 patients with systemic hypertension.The hemodynamics of the ocular artery,central retinal artery,and ciliary artery were measured by color Doppler image.Results in patients with systemic hypertension were compared with those of 18 eyes of 18 age matched normal controls.Results The peak systolic velocity,the end diastolic velocity and the mean velocity of the hypertensive patients were higher than that of normal controls.The peak systolic velocity,the end diastolic velocity, and mean velocity were significantly lower and resistance index was significantly higher in patients with hypertension older 60 years than that of the younger.Conclusion High blood pressure can benefit ocular blood supply of the subjects younger 60 years,but it can not in patients older 60 years.
