摘要
目的 研究马蹄参 Diplopanax stachyanthus叶的化学成分 ,从中寻找有重要生物活性及药用前景的天然化合物。方法 采用硅胶和 Sephedex L H- 2 0柱色谱分离化合物 ,运用波谱技术分析确定化学结构。结果 从马蹄参叶的甲醇提取物中分离得到 10个化合物 ,经波谱分析确定分别为 :β-谷甾醇 ( )、白桦脂酸 ( )、齐墩果酸 ( )、熊果酸 ( )、胡萝卜苷 ( )、3- O- β- D-葡萄糖苷槲皮素 ( )、3,3′,4′-三甲氧基鞣花酸 ( )、3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸 - 4 -O- β- D-吡喃木糖苷 ( )、3′-甲氧基鞣花酸 - 4 - O- β- D-吡喃木糖苷 ( )和 3,3′,4′-三甲氧基鞣花酸 - O- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 ( )。结论 化合物 ~ 和
Object To study the chemical constituents from leaves of Diplopanax stachyathus Hand Mazz aiming at searching for bioactive natural products Methods The compounds Ⅰ-Ⅹ were isolated by a combination of Sephedex LH 20 and silica gel column chromatographies, and their structures were identified by spectral methods Results Ten known compounds were isolated from leaves of D stachyathus Their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as: β sitosterol (Ⅰ), betulinic acid (Ⅱ), oleanolic acid (Ⅲ), ursolic acid (Ⅳ), daucossterol (Ⅴ), quercetin 3 O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅵ), 3,3′,4′ tri O methyellagic acid (Ⅶ), 3, 3′ di O methylellagic acid 4 O β D xylopyranoside (Ⅷ), 3′ O methylellagic acid 4 O β D xylopyranoside (Ⅸ), and 3, 3′,4′ tri O methylellagic acid O β D glucopyranoside (Ⅹ) Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅵ and Ⅸ are isolated from this plant for the first time
