电石渣作混合材对水泥结构与性能影响的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 探讨以电石渣作水泥混合材时不同掺量对水泥结构与性能的影响.结果表明:掺入电石渣可使溶液中Ca(OH)2浓度增加,水化反应加快,缩短水泥的凝结时间;电石渣掺量的增加可以减小水泥的比重、提高水泥的比表面积并且水泥安定性合格;掺入适量的电石渣可提高水泥的早期强度;在同一电石渣掺量下,水泥强度随着水灰比的减少而增大. Calcium carbide sludge was used as admixture of cement and its effects on the structure and properties of the cement in different content were investigated. The results shows that the increase of the concentration of Ca(OH)_2 could accelerate the hydration process in cement so as to shorten the setting time of cement by adding calcium carbide sludge to cement .The specific gravity of cement was reduced but the specific surface area of cement was increased and the steadiness was acceptable with the content of calcium carbide sludge increasing. The early strength of cement can also be improved with proper content of calcium carbide sludge .When the water cement ratio decreases, the strength of cement increases with the same content of calcium carbide sludge.
