Cr含量对Cu-In-Cr三元合金组织的影响

摘要 采用金属型制备了不同Cr含量的Cu In Cr三元合金试样,对试样进行了显微组织观察、电子探针分析和X射线衍射分析。在本试验条件下,Cr的含量对胞状晶粒组织无显著影响;对于枝晶组织,当Cr含量增加,合金的晶粒变小,枝晶的取向性变得不明显;合金的相组成为Cu固溶体相即基体相、Cu9In4相和Cr固溶体相。Cr固溶体相在基体中呈弥散分布状态,当铬的含量增加到一定程度时,铬以游离状态出现,其形态为条形和点状。 The specimens of Cu-In-Cr ternary alloys with different chromium contents were prepared by metal mold. Observation of microstructure, analysis of electron probe and analysis of X-ray diffraction for specimens were performed. We investigated the influence of chromium content on the microstructure of the alloys. The results show that in the studied condition, the influence of chromium content on microstructure of cellular grains is not obvious. As for dendrite microstructure, when chromium content increases, the grain size of alloys diminishes and the dendrite orientation becomes not obvious. Phase compositions of alloys are copper solid solution phase-matrix phase,Cu9In4 phase and chromium solid solution phase. Chromium solid solution phase disperses in matrix. When chromium content increases to some extent, chromium phase exists in free, its morphology is in shape of strip and spot.
