涎腺肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs的表达

Expression of nucleolar organizer region associated proteins of Tlymphocytes in the patients with salivary gland tumor

目的 :探讨涎腺肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白 (Ag NORs)的表达特点及其在涎腺肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法 :采用KL型肿瘤免疫图像分析系统及配套试剂对 60例正常人、10 1例涎腺肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞Ag NORs进行检测 ,计算出银染核仁面积与细胞核面积的比值 (IS)。结果 :涎腺良性肿瘤组患者Ag NORs表达与正常人相比有所降低 ,良性肿瘤组平均IS值 ( x±s)为 (5.71±0 .13 ) ,正常人平均IS值为 (7.88± 0 .10 ) ,两者间有显著的统计学差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;恶性肿瘤组降低更为明显 ,平均IS值为 (4.2 1± 0 .12 ) ,与正常人有非常显著的统计学差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;良性肿瘤患者与恶性肿瘤患者之间也有非常显著的统计学差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :外周血T淋巴细胞Ag NORs表达与涎腺肿瘤呈良好的相关性 ;Ag NORs的检测可作为判断是否是涎腺肿瘤和鉴别涎腺肿瘤良。

s Objective:To study the expression of nucleolar orga ni zer region associated protein (Ag NORs) of T lymphocytes in the patients with tumor of salivary gland. Methods:The expression of Ag NORs of T lymphocytes in 60 normal adults, 56 patients with benign salivary gla nd tumor and 45 patients with malignant salivary gland tumor was analysed by Ag stainning and KL imaging system. Results: The ratio of Ag NORs positive area to nuclear area of T lymphocytes in normal adults,pati ents with benign tumor and those with malignant tumor were 7.88±0.10, 5.71±0.1 3 and 4.21±0.12 respectively ( P <0.01). Conclusion:Th e expression of Ag NORs of T lymphocyte is related with the development of the tumors in salivary gland; the detection of Ag NORs might be a reference in the diagnosis of the salivary gland tumors.
