摘要
采用等离子体法制备出平均粒径在30~45nm的金属Zn粉末,分析了等离子制备技术对粉末产率及粒径的影响。结果表明随着电流强度的增加及气流循环的加快,产率增加;工作压力对产率的影响不显著。随着电流的增强、气流循环的加快、工作压力的提高,金属粉的平均粒径减小。
The nanometer Zn powder with average diameter 30~45nm is prepared by plasma method and the influence of the plasma technology on the output and diameter of the powder is investigated. The results reveal that the output will increase as the increase of electric current and gas cycling speed while working pressure has less impact on the output. The average diameter of the powder particle will reduce as the increase of the electric current, gas cycling speed and working pressure.
