The wild animal is a part of natural environment,and making specimens is one of the applications of the wildlife.This article describes the general technology of making reptile specimens such as turtle,snake,crocodile,lizard;introduces several improved methods and a new technology of making specimens with paraffin;systematically compares and discusses the differences between the traditional method and modern method in the course of making reptile specimens.
