随着科学技术的发展加快了自然和社会变化的进程,当科技与社会形成了紧张的张力,一些争议性科技议题往往随着负面事件的爆发引发社会冲突,并影响公共政策的制定。当科学上的分歧进入社会领域中,裹挟了利益、资源和价值取向的社会因素使得争议变得更加复杂化。社交媒体的发展和应用为争议性科技议题的传播提供了新的渠道,同时也给公众参与科学带来了更加严峻的挑战。随着公众话语的兴起和国际范围内公众参与科学理论和实践的增加,需要尽快探索和发展适合于我国的公众参与科学模型。其中,重塑公众的信任、发挥媒体的作用以及完善对科技公民身份的建构将有助于争议性议题的科学传播。

When science and technology form a tension with society,some controversial issues often cause social conflicts with the outbreak of negative events and affect the formulation of public policies.When the scientific controversies enter our society,social factors such as interest,resources and value make the controversies more complicated.The development and application of social media has provided new channels for science communication of controversial S&T issues,but also brought more severe challenges to public engagement with science.With the rise of public discourse and the increase of public engagement with science in theory and practice,it is necessary to explore and develop the scientific model of public participation suitable for China as soon as possible.Reshaping public's trust,playing the role of media and enhancing the construction of scientific citizenship will contribute to the scientific communication of controversial issues.
