摘要
技术生态临界点是技术使用的环境负荷由"可承受"向"不可承受"转变的转折点,又是技术的环境影响由"可修复"向"不可修复"转变的转折点。生态临界点具有复杂性、不确定性、不可逆转性、风险聚集性、体系性、认识滞后性和社会建构性的特征。技术的生态临界可分为生态链生物放大和空间扩散积聚两种模式情景,空间和时间是生态临界过程的分析维度。技术的生态效应达到临界点将发生量级巨大且不可逆的灾难事件,技术生态风险防控必须在临界期进行。
The ecological critical point of technology which is characterized by complexity,uncertainty,irreversibility,risk aggregation,systematicity,hysteretic cognition and social constructivity is the turning point of the environmental load changed from'bearable'to'unbearable',and it is also the turning point of the influence of technology on the environment changed from'recoverable'to'irreparable'in technological use.The ecological critical process of technology can be divided into two mode scenes:ecological chain biological amplification and spatial diffusion accumulation.Space and time are the analytical dimensions of the ecological critical process.It will be a huge and irreversible disaster event when ecological effect of the technology reaches the ecological critical point.Therefore,to prevent and control the ecological risk of technology must be doing within the ecological critical period.
