摘要
共享经济的发展为人力资源管理带来了新的机遇和挑战,新时代的人力资源管理必须加快由"保守封闭型"向"开放共享型"的转变,而开放和共享建立在组织间信任基础上。组织间信任能够减少沟通和监督成本,促进双方或多方的互利共赢。本文首先对人力资源共享进行了可行性和必要性分析,通过人力资源共享增强企业间的协同效应,并提出从企业内部、政府以及第三方中介组织三个方面建立组织间信任关系,增强互信程度,最后建立了以人力资源供给方、人力资源需求方和共享平台联合运作的"信任—共享"的人力资源共享发展模式,并绘制了机制运行图。
The development of the sharing economy has brought new opportunities and challenges to human resource management. The human resources management in the new era must accelerate the transition from 'conservative and closed' to 'open and sharing', while the openness and sharing are based on the trust among organizations. Inter-organizational trust can reduce communication and supervision costs and promote mutual benefit and win-win between two or more parties. This paper firstly analyzes the feasibility and necessity of human resource sharing, and enhances the synergy among enterprises through human resource sharing; proposes to establish interorganizational trust relationship from three aspects of internal enterprise, government and thirdparty intermediary organization, to enhance mutual trust and finally to establish a 'trust-sharing' human resource sharing development model that operates jointly with human resource suppliers, human resource demanders and shared platforms; and develops a mechanism operation diagram.
