摘要
2008年至2014年,英国引进高层次人才的最新法律政策态势呈现促进、缩进、再次促进的态势。不同时期的高层次人才引进制度对英国的经济、产业、创新均造成了不同的影响。促进高层次人才引进的制度对经济增长、产业发展、带动创新具有一定的积极影响。
This paper sorts out the trend of promotion, retraction and further promotion showed by latest legal policies of UK for introducing high-level talents; analyzes the diverse impacts of high-level talent introduction systems in various periods on the UK’s economy, industry and innovation; and proposes that the system to promote the introduction of high-level talents has a certain positive impact on economic growth, industrial development and innovation.
