摘要
劳动人事争议仲裁存在"案多人少"、三方机制没有得到贯彻、专业化程度有待提高等问题,浙江省温州市瓯海区高教园区派出庭的探索为解决劳动人事争议仲裁的上述问题提供了一条新的途径,但需要进一步加大政府购买社会服务的力度,完善相应的考核评估制度等相关配套措施。
There are quite a number of problems in the arbitration of labor and personnel disputes, such as 'many cases but few parties', no implementation of the tripartite mechanism, and the degree of specialization needs to be improved. The exploration of the dispatched court of the Ouhai Higher Education Park in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province provides a new way to solve the above-mentioned problems in the arbitration of labor and personnel disputes, but it is required to further increase the government’s efforts to purchase social services and establish the corresponding assessment and evaluation system as well as other related supporting measures.
