摘要
目的:观察健康男性在强度递增的运动中相关肌肉血流量的变化趋势,进一步探讨潜在的机制。方法:8名健康男性进行阻力递增的运动,利用近红外光谱设备监测实验过程中胸锁乳突肌、股四头肌、肱二头肌的血流量(BV)变化。结果:股四头肌血流量在运动过程中先升高,亚极量运动强度后(81.8%VO_(2max))降低,直至运动终止。胸锁乳突肌在运动早期血流量保持稳定,在运动强度达到一定强度(71.9%VO_(2max))后快速上升,直至运动终止。肱二头肌血流量在运动开始后即刻出现下降,而后(37.1%VO_(2max))转入平台,维持较低水平直至运动终止。结论:年轻健康男性在中低强度的踏车运动中,呼吸吸气肌血流量基本维持不变,股四头肌(原动肌)血流量上升,肱二头肌(非原动肌)血流量下降;亚极量-极量运动中呼吸胸锁乳突肌肌血流量上升,原动肌血流量下降且呼吸肌血流量上升先于原动肌血流量下降。
Objective:To investigate trends of blood volume(BV)in respiratory muscle(sternocleidomastoid,SCM),locomotive(vastus lateralis)and non-locomotive(biceps brachii)muscle during incremental workload exercise utilizing bicycle and attempt to figure out underlying mechanism.Methods:Eight male healthy individuals were enrolled in this trail.Changes of the blood volume(BV)in the sternocleidomastoid,quadriceps,and biceps were recorded throughout exercise by utilizing Near-Infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS) device.Results:Researchers found a significant increase of blood volume in vastus lateralis since the beginning of exercise.Then it declined when the intensity reaches 81.8%VO2maxuntil the end of the test period.BV stayed steady in SCM until intensity of exercise reached 71.9%VO2max.Since then there was a soaring increase.BV in biceps brachii began to decline at the onset of exercise and it leveled off when intensity of exercise reached 37.1% VO2max.Conclusion:BV in respiratory muscle kept steady while BV in vastus lateralis(locomotive muscle)increased.BV in biceps brachi(non-locomotive muscle)dropped when individuals proceeded low and moderate intensity exercise.There was an increase in respiratory muscle which preceded the decrease of BV in locomotive muscle.
