丙型肝炎病毒感染者自身抗体检测分析及临床意义 被引量:9

摘要 目的调查丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus, HCV)感染者血清中自身抗体检出情况,探讨自身免疫在HCV感染中的意义。方法选取2015-2017年来自上海市闵行区中心医院就诊的HCV感染者40例作为感染组,另选该院健康体检者20例作为对照组。用自身抗体检测芯片筛查检测83种自身抗体;然后建立预包被酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测13种自身抗原,将两种方法检测到的抗体滴度变化进行比对,分析结果。结果芯片检测83种自身抗体,发现HCV感染者中28种自身抗体滴度显著上调,3种抗体滴度显著下调。将ELISA法能检测到的13种抗体进行吸光度值统计分析,发现11种自身抗体滴度显著升高,2种自身抗体滴度无显著变化,与芯片结果一致。结论 HCV感染可以诱发自身免疫反应,产生多种自身抗体,有助于探索HCV致病机制,并为临床诊断和治疗HCV感染提供依据。 Objective To study the positive rate of serum autoantibodies in patients with hepatitis C virus(HCV)infections.Methods Forty HCV-infected patients at Minhang Hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected as the infection group,and 20 healthy subjects as the control group.An autoantibody detection chip was used to screen and detect 83 autoantibodies;then pre-packaged enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect 13 autoantigens,and the antibody titer changes detected by the two methods were compared.Results Among the 83 autoantibodies detected,28 autoantibody titers were significantly up-regulated in HCV-infected patients,and three antibody titers were significantly down-regulated.The statistical analysis of the absorbance values of 13 antibodies detected by ELISA showed that the titers of 11 autoantibodies were significantly increased by ELISA,and the titers of the two autoantibodies did not show significant changes,which were consistent with the chip results.Conclusions HCV infection may induce autoimmune reactions and produce a variety of autoantibodies.
