摘要
工作场所乐趣作为一种独特的激励手段,能够提高员工工作积极性,因而逐渐被企业和学者重视。基于资源保存理论,本研究探讨了工作场所乐趣对员工创造力的影响,并验证了反馈寻求行为的中介作用以及个人-组织匹配的调节作用。通过对333名企业员工的问卷调查,回归分析结果表明:工作场所乐趣与员工创造力显著正相关;反馈寻求行为在工作场所乐趣与员工创造力之间起部分中介作用;个人-组织匹配在该关系中起正向调节作用,即个人-组织匹配程度越高,工作场所乐趣对创造力的影响越显著。
As a unique incentive strategy, workplace fun can increase employee’s enthusiasm by a series of fun activities. So workplace fun is gradually valued by companies and scholars. From the perspective of conservation of resources theory, this paper proposes a model of workplace fun. We argue that workplace fun can stimulate employees’ creativity, and this relationship is mediated by feedback seeking behavior and moderated by personorganization fit. With a sample of 333 employees, we use hierarchical multiple regression to analysis it. The results show that:(1) Workplace fun has a signi?cant positive in?uence on employees’ creativity;(2) Feedback seeking behavior partially mediate the relationship between workplace fun and employees’ creativity;(3) Personorganization ?t moderate the relationship between workplace fun and employees’ creativity such that this link is positive for high levels of person-organization ?t and it is negative for their low level.
