摘要
本文从人力资源管理角色理论出发,将人力资源管理的体系架构作为研究重点,着重分析企业向战略性阶段转型中角色、体系架构和典型活动,构建了包含专家中心、人力资源业务伙伴、干部管理、共享服务中心、企业大学五个构成要素的"五星人力资源管理模型",论述了模型中五个要素的职能角色、内在特征,从业务的维度和人才的维度论述五个要素的内在逻辑。结合Y企业实践,讨论模型应用于实践中的路径,以及体系运行有效性的核心要素,为企业从职能专业性向战略性阶段转型提供借鉴参考。
Based on the theory of human resource management roles, this paper focuses on the architecture of human resource management, focusing on the analysis of the roles, architecture and typical activities of the enterprise in the transition to a strategic stage. This paper built a Five-pointed HR Architecture Mode, which has?ve key elements including Center of Expertise, HR Business Partners, Management of cadres, Shared Service Center, and Corporate university. It discusses the functional roles and intrinsic characteristics of the ?ve elements in the model, and discusses the internal logic of the ?ve elements from the dimension of business and the dimension of talent. Combining enterprise practice, this paper discusses how to use this mode in practice, focuses on the core elements that affect the effectiveness of the system.
