不同增殖类型橡皮树试管苗的叶绿素荧光特性 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析器官型与微枝扦插型繁殖橡皮树试管苗叶绿素a的荧光参数(F)发现:两种增殖类型试管苗倒3叶的最大PSⅡ光转化效率Fv/Fm和非光化学猝灭系数qN显著高于其它叶位叶片的相应参数;微枝扦插型的原初荧光转化率Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm和qN显著高于器官型的,原初荧光Fo和最大荧光Fm的变化正好相反;光抑制分析发现器官型受光抑制程度大于微枝扦插型。笔者认为,试管苗的生长状态受植物生长调节剂的强烈作用,而光自养强弱与植株的生根状况有着直接关系,所以提高试管苗光自养能力应围绕着促进试管苗根发育来进行,不能仅局限于对光照强度和CO2浓度等少数因子的调控。 The parameter character of chlorophyll fluorescence in micropropagated Ficus elastica plantlets of mini-cutting type and organ type were researched.The results showed that F_v/F_m of organ type were extremely lower than that of the mini-cutting type,but both of the most F_v/F_m and qN were the third back leaf,showing plantlets in vitro can still go on definite photosynthesis even if photosynthesis conditions were low very much.F_v/F_o,F_v/F_m and qN of organ type are extremely lower than that of the mini-cutting type,but F_o and F_m were on the contrary.The photosynthesis capacity of micropropagated plantlets was determined by the rooting condition itself.Therefore,to improve effectively photoautorophs capacity in explants depends not only on the concentration of dioxygen carbon and intensity of illumination,but also on culture medium composition,especially the function of plant growth regulation.To adjust illumination and cytokinin can reduce light damage and increase developing capacity of microprogated plantlets in organ type.
