摘要
指出网络环境下图书馆的工作对象已从传统的书刊扩大为各种载体的信息资源 ,图书馆基本职能转移到开发利用其中的知识信息 ,进而论述了信息资源开发的层次、产品和服务 ,这种开发利用所能实现的信息管理、知识重组、成果推广、用户培训等多项功能。
The arrticle points out that the object of work in the library is expanding from the traditional books and periodicals to the information resources of all kinds of carries and its basic function is transferring to exploit and use their knowledge and information.Futher the author discusses the variety,products and services of information exploitation and utilization and its many functions such as information management,knowledge reorganization,popularization for the scientific and technical positive results,users’ training etc.
