大剂量静脉丙球治疗ITP机制初探

摘要 目的 探讨静脉丙球治疗ITP的机理。方法 用微量比色法检测正常人外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)的ADCC指数和细胞毒指数 .结果 正常人PBMC经ITP病人灭活血清处理后 ,其ADCC指数与细胞毒指数显著高于对照 ;经静脉丙球作用后 ,其ADCC指数显著低于对照。结论 ITP患者血清能使正常人PBMC的ADCC活性显著增加 ,而静脉丙球 (≥ 2 0mg/ml)却使之显著降低 . Objective To explore the mechanism of IVIG treatment in ITP patients.Methods The ADCC and cytotoxic index of normal PBMC were examined by minim colorimetry. Results After incubated with ITP serum,the ADCC and cytotoxic index of PBMC were significantly higher than that of control group;after incubated with IVIG,the index of ADCC was markedly lower than that of control group. Conclusion ITP serum can significantly increase the ADCC index,but IVIG(>20mg/ml) can markedly decrease the index.
