四逆汤加味对心绞痛型冠心病心肌收缩力影响的临床研究

Clinical observation on the influence of Sini Decoction on cardiac contractility in coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris

[目的]观察四逆汤加味对心绞痛型冠心病心肌收缩力的影响。[方法]将102例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,各51例。治疗组给予四逆汤加味 ,对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片、消心痛、肠溶阿司匹林等。记录两组治疗前后症状及指标变化。[结果]治疗组的心功能指标在治疗前后有显著改善 ,且其中心搏出量 (SV)、射血分数 (EF)与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异。治疗组降低血浆总胆固醇 (TC)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)作用明显优于对照组 ,而心绞痛症状有效率 ,心电图改善有效率 ,两组比较无显著性差异。[结论]四逆汤加味对改善心功能 ,调节血脂代谢有明显治疗作用 。

To observe the influence of Sini Decoction on cardiac contractility in coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. One hundred and two cases were randomly divided into control group(n=51) and treatment group(n=51) treated with Sini Decoction, nifedipine, isosorbide dinitrate,enteric solubility aspirin respectively. The symptoms and indexes of all patiens were recorded before and after treatment.The relieve rate of angina pectoris symptoms and improvement of electrocardiogram had no significant difference between these two groups. Remarkable improvement of cardiac functional index was observed in treatment group after treatment. Significant differences in SV,EF were existed when compared with those in control group after treatment.In treatment group the effect in decreasing plasma total cholesterol(TC),serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was superior to that in control.[Conclusion] Sini Decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on improvement of cardiac function, regulation of blood lipid metabolism, and can help to increase the long-term effect.
