摘要
为消除环境温度变化对导轨磨床加工精度的影响 ,提出了一种新型导轨磨床 (自准直导轨磨床 )的床身—基础系统 ,并将自准直导轨磨床床身—基础系统的热态特性与普通导轨磨床床身—基础系统的热态特性进行了对比分析。理论分析和实验结果表明 。
A new structure of the bed and its foundation for a new-type guideway grinder (self-collimation guideway grinder) to eliminate effects of environmental temperature fluctuations on machining precision was narrated, and comparison analysis of thermal characteristics was conducted to the bed and foundation'entia of the self-collimation guideway grinder and universal guideway grinder. The theoretical and experimental results show that self-collimation guideway grinder is of excellent stability of precision.
