摘要
提出一种新型结构带自弹缓冲片压缩机网状阀 ,这种气阀缓冲片中心无弹性臂 ,自身设计成为一弹性体 ,因而缓冲片工作过程应力小 ,自身刚性系数大 ,缓冲片弹簧力大 ,气阀的可靠性较高。运用有限元法计算自弹缓冲片刚性系数、工作过程应力及等效运动质量 ,并建立相应的气阀工作过程数学模型。带自弹缓冲片压缩机网状阀应用于一系列大、中型压缩机气阀设计或改造 。
A new compressor plate valve with the self-elastic plate was presented. There were not elastic arms in the center of this damping plate and the damping plate was designed as a self-elastic plate. Thus, the larger spring force could be loaded on the damping plate because of its higher stiffness coefficient, but its stresses in the working process were smaller. The reliability of this valve is higher. The stiffness coefficient, stresses and equivalent motion mass of the damping plate were calculated by means of FEM. The relevant mathematical models of this valve were established. The valves with self-elastic plate are used in series of large and middle-sized compressors, and the results are good.
