摘要 介绍了一种转镜式高功率激光表面处理用宽带扫描器 ,扫描宽度为 1 0~ 30mm ,连续可调 ,扫描频率为 1 0 0 0Hz。分析了扫描原理 ,提出了线光斑宽带方案及传热模型 ,并计算了其温度场。开展了激光宽带淬火试验和初步工业应用研究。结果表明 。 The wide-band scanner by polygon for laser modification was reported, its parametres were as follows:the scanning widths of 10~30mm adjustable, the scanning frequency of 1000Hz. The principle of wide-band scanning was analyzed, the linear beam pattern for laser wide-band was proposed, its transfer heat model was presented to calculate the temperature distributions. Some of experiments for laser wide-band quenching and primary industrial applications have been made. It is shown that linear beam pattern by polygon is suitable to laser wide-band quenching.
