音圈电机与电感组合传感器的系统辨识与数字控制 被引量:4

System Identification and Digital Control of Combined Sensor Integrated Volume-coil Motor and Inductance

摘要 介绍了音圈电机与电感组合传感器的结构与工作原理 ;提出直接采用阶跃响应法对系统动态特性参数进行辨识的方法 ,并给出了实验辨识结果 ;通过对传感器测量噪声的频谱分析 ,应用数字滤波的方法消除了工频噪声的干扰 ; This paper introduced the working principles and structure of combined sensor integrated volume-coil motor and inductance. The step response method was presented to identify dynamic characteristic parameters of the system, and the experimental results were given out. The power frequency was cleared up by a digital filter. The measurement results testify better dynamic characteristic index when the combined sensor is compensated and revised by digital control.
