中西医结合治疗急性病毒性脑炎疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Combined TCM and WM on Acute Viral Encephalitis

目的 :探讨综合疗法在急性病毒性脑炎治疗中的价值。方法 :设治疗组和对照组各 4 8例 ,进行临床对照研究。治疗组联合应用醒脑静、双黄连注射液静滴 ,配合常规西药 ;对照组单纯应用常规西药。结果 :治疗组治愈 4 4例 ,好转 3例 ,未愈 1例 ,治愈率 91.6 7% ,病死率为 0 ;对照组治愈 34例 ,好转 7例 ,未愈 2例 ,治愈率 70 .83% ,病死率 10 .4 2 %。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 ,两组比较具有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :采用双黄连、醒脑静联合治疗急性病毒性脑炎疗效好 ,安全可行。

Objective:To study the value of combined therapy on acute viral encephalitis.Method:48 cases of acute viral encephalitis were treated with Combined Shuanghuanglian injection(双黄连) and Xingnaojing injection(醒脑静) (CSX),matched with WM.48 cases treated only with WM were set up as the control.Result:In the treatment group,44 cases cured,3 cases turned better,and 1 case ineffective.The cure rate was 91.67%,and fatality rate was 0. In the control group,34 cases cured,7 cases turned better,2 cases ineffective.The cure rate was 70.83%,and fatality rate was 10.42%.The difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups was notable(P<0 01).Conclusion:CSX has good and safe therapeutic effect on acute viral encephalitis.
