针刺与易化技术结合治疗儿童脑性瘫痪246例疗效观察

Treatment of Children Cerebral Palsy with Combined Acupuncture and Facilitation Technique,a Report of 246 Cases

目的 :探讨针刺配合易化技术治疗脑性瘫痪的效果及影响因素。方法 :采用针刺和易化技术治疗脑性瘫痪 2 4 6例 ,并进行治疗前、治疗后的运动功能评定。结果 :显效 95例 ,有效 12 7例 ,无效 2 4例 ,总有效率 90 .2 % ,显效者中 34例达正常儿童发育水平 ;治疗效果与开始治疗的年龄、持续时间、类型、病情程度及有无合并症有关。结论 :针刺与易化技术可促进脑瘫患儿尽快康复 ,及早坚持长期治疗效果更好。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of combined acupuncture and facilitation technique on cerebral palsy(CP).Method:246 children with cerebral palsy were treated with combined acupuncture and facilitation technique.Their motive function before and after treatment was evaluated.Result:95 cases significantly effective,127 cases effective,and 24 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.2%.34 children achieved the normal level.The therapeutic effect was in correlation to age,duration of treatment,type and severity of illness and complication.Conclusion: Combined acupuncture and facilitation technique can improve the recovery of cerebral palsy.It has better effect if used earlier and longer.
