针药并用治疗突发性耳聋32例临床观察

Sudden Deafness Treated with Combined Acupuncture and Drugs,a Report of 32 Cases

目的 :观察针药并用治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法 :对 32例突发性耳聋患者采用针刺风市并配合自拟通窍益气汤加减治疗 ,并设低分子右旋糖酐静脉点滴治疗 2 8例为对照组进行比较。结果 :针药组痊愈 11例 ,显效 12例 ,有效 5例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为 87.5 % ;对照组痊愈 7例 ,显效 5例 ,有效 8例 ,无效 8例 ,总有效率为 71.4 %。两组比较有显著差异 (u= 2 .5 930 ,P <0 .0 1) 。结论 :针刺风市并用自拟通窍益气汤是治疗该病的有效方法之一。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of combined acupuncture and drugs on sudden deafness.Method:32 cases of sudden deafness were treated with acupuncture in fengshi point combined with Modified Tongqiaoyiqi Decoction(通窍益气汤加减).28 cases treated with low molecular dextran were set up as the control.Result:In the treatment group,11 cases cured,12 cases significantly effective,5 cases effective, and 4 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 87.5%.In the control group,7 cases cured,5 cases significantly effective,8 cases effective,and 8 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 71.4%.The difference of the total therapeutic effect between the two groups was notable (u=2 5930,P<0 01) Conclusion:Combined acupuncture and drugs was one of the effective methods to treat sudden deafness.
