辨证治疗慢性浅表性胃炎119例

Treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis with Differentiation and Type(辨证分型),a Report of 119 Cases

目的 :观察慢性浅表性胃炎的辨证治疗效果。方法 :将 2 31例慢性浅表性胃炎病人随机分为两组。治疗组 119例采用中药辨证分型治疗 ,对照组 112例用西药胃舒平等治疗 ,2周为 1疗程。结果 :治疗组治愈 87例 ,有效 2 3例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为 92 .4 % ;对照组治愈 37例 ,有效 4 3例 ,无效 32例 ,总有效率为 71.4 %。两组总有效率比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (χ2 =17.4 4 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on chronic superficial gastritis with differentiation and type.Method:231 cases of chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into two groups.119 cases treated with differentiation and type,112 cases treated with Weishuping(Aluminum Hydroxide) were set up as the control.The therapeutic course was 1 week.Result:In the treatment group,87 cases cured,23 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.4%.In the control group,37 cases cured,43 cases effective,32 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 71.4%.The difference of total effective rate between the two groups was notable P<0.01).Conclusion:Differentiation and type has good therapeutic effect on chronic superficial gastritis.
