螺旋冷却通道铸铝机座整体铸造新工艺

摘要 本文介绍了高速动车动力包发电机、城市大巴、绿色能源车牵引动力电机机座的制造工艺,克服了传统制造方法的制作工序长,工艺复杂,制造成本高,可靠性差等缺点。机座一次浇注成型,质量稳定可靠,有效降低机座的制造成本。 This article mainly introduces the manufacturing technology of High-speed train generator,city bus and green energy vehicle traction motor frame,Overcoming the defects of long production process,complicated process,high manufacturing cost and poor reliability of traditional manufacturing methods.The motor frame is cast once,the quality is stable and reliable,and the manufacturing cost of the motor frame is reduced effectively.
