摘要
对军事变革历程进行了梳理和回顾,在此基础上通过解读美国"第三次抵消战略"的能力内涵、措施、影响及特点,研究分析出未来战争的发展趋势特征及支撑其发展的各类新概念和新项目,提出未来精确打击武器的发展趋势,并对未来精打武器能力特征及关键技术进行了简要分析。
The world military revolution history is reviewed,based on which explains the capabilities,measures,influences and characteristics of'the third offset strategy'presented by the United States. The trend characters of future warfare supported by series of new concepts and programs are analyzed,then the development tendency,capabilities and key technologies of precision strike weapon in the future are pointed out.
