珠江三角洲港口资源及港口布局设想

Harbour Resources in the Zhujiang Delta area and Some Suggestions of Port Planning Strategy

根据珠江三角洲丰富的港口资源和经济发展前景,提出如下港口布局的设想:广州港建设成为南方大港;开发崖门水道,建设三角洲西部中心港和专用港;三角洲两侧的大鹏湾、大亚湾及上、下川岛建设地方中心深水港和专用深水港;三角洲内的水道建设一系列中小港口。

According to the abundant harbour resources of the Zhujiang Delta and the perspective of economic development in Guangdong Drovince the paper makes some suggestions of port planning strategy in the Zhujiang Delta area. First of all, the Guangzhou port should be built into the largest one in south China. Secondly, the Yamen waterway can be exploited to build central and special- purpose ports for the west part of the delta area. Thirdly, on both sides of the delta area, namely, in Dapeng Bay, Daya Bay and by Shangchuan and Xiachuan Isles, some local central and special-purpose deepwater ports can be coustructed. Finaly, a series of meso-and small-scale ports can be set up in many waterways of the delta area.
