古巴共产党是西半球唯一存在的无产阶级执政党。在苏东剧变后严峻的国内外局势下,古共积极地推进了包括修改党章和创新党的指导思想等在内的党政建设,并以此成功的挽救了古巴革命和古巴社会主义政权。

The Cuban Communist Party is the only proletariat ruling party in the western hemisphere. After drastic change of eastern European and Soviet Union, the situation is grim at home and abroad. The Cuban Communist Party actively carried out the party constitution including innovation of Party's charter and its guiding ideology, and thus saved the Cuban revolution and socialism in Cuban regime.
