美国高调重返亚洲,插手亚太事务。中日美交流合作的同时,各种矛盾进一步彰显,尤其中美关系更显重要。在纷繁复杂的国际事务中,各国基于自己的国家利益进行博弈。对处于发展的大好且关键时刻的中国来说,面对当前纷繁复杂的国际关系,处理好中日美关系尤显生死攸关。纵观中美日多极制衡的亚太,中日之间的最大障碍是血淋淋的民族仇恨,而中美之间却是赤裸裸的国家利益冲突。从理性和实用主义的角度出发,我们必须给予日本包容性关注,对美国进行防备性合作。考察权势均衡的理论,日本具备这样的实力,成为中美博弈的平衡手。

As is known to all that communication and cooperation is important in the international issues, we also have to pay attention to all kinds of contradictions, especially some contradictions between China and the United States. In the complicated international affairs, almost all countries take actions according to their own national interests. In the good and key time of development, facing the current complex international relations, it is important for China to deal with international relations appropriately. Throughout the multipolar checks and balances of the Asia-pacific, the biggest obstacle between China and Japan is ethnic hatred, but between China and the United States there is national interests’ conflict. From the rational and pragmatic perspective, we must give Japan inclusive attention, and cooperate with the United States. According to Power Equilibrium Theory, it is possible for Japan to become the game balance hand.
