关于大学网球专选课多球落点训练的方法效果及运用的分析

网球因高雅、充满挑战性和刺激性而成为一种时尚运动,学生对网球运动表现出了浓厚的兴趣,并被大学生所喜爱。由于网球是一项技术性很强的项目,要求学生必须掌握规范的技术动作。在大学体育学院的网球专选课中技术训练的方法多样,其中以多球训练最为普遍,而多球的落点训练是在学生有了一定的技术基础后,在提高阶段所进行的训练,具有特殊的意义以及巨大的作用。通过对于网球多球训练的作用、意义的介绍以及对网球专选课学生的正反手、发球落点测试成绩的分析,指出大学专选课中多球训练的不足之处,并提出了一些好的建议。

Tennis is a fashionable,elegant,and challenging movement,so it stimulates students'strong interests,and is loved by them.At the same time,tennis is highly technical,and requires students to master standardized technical movements.Among various methods of technical training in the physical education elective course of tennis,multi-ball training is the most common that is based on students'some previous technical skills.Training in the improvement stage is of special significance.This article is based on inadequacies of multi-ball training in universities'specialized course,and it introduces the role and importance of tennis ball training and analyzes students'forehand and backhand skills and scores of serving placement test of the elective course of tennis.Some advice is given too.
