摘要
长期以来,教育实践课程无法保质保量地落到实处,很大程度上是由于教育主管部门、师范生、实践单位以及师范院校相互争夺自身的利益而造成的,这其中有私益与公益的冲突、私益与私益的博弈以及复合利益群体的自我权衡。要促使教育实践课程真正有效地实施,应寻求制度上的创新,包括多方协商优化教育实践环节的课程结构、建立利益补偿机制缓和支付结构以及通过政策的价值导向协调利益关系。
For a long time, the quality to implement education practice curriculum cannot be put into practice. It is largely due to the competent department of education, normal colleges, students and school practice for their own interests, among which include the conflicts between private interest and public welfare, private interest and private interest in the game and self balance of compound interests. If we want to implement the education practice course effectively, we must seek for innovation in institution, including the multilateral negotiation to optimize education practice curriculum structure, establishing the benefit compensation mechanism to alleviate payment structures and to coordinate the interest relationship through the policy of value orientation.
