Self-control Demands:a New Kind of Job Stress

文章基于自我控制能量模型,从能量损耗的角度提出将自我控制要求作为一种新的压力源。在文献回顾的基础上,系统梳理了自我控制要求的概念内涵和理论依据,总结归纳了国外自我控制要求相关研究结果,讨论了已有研究的局限,为未来的进一步研究提供参照。

Based on the self-control energy model, this article proposes the self-control demands as a new kind of pressure source in the perspective of energy depletion. On the basis of the literature review, this article sorts out the conception and theoretical basis of self-control demands, summarizes the relevant research results and discusses the limitations of past research in order to provide some reference for future study in the future.
