长沙市社会工作机构发展状况调查研究

A Survey on the Development State of the Social Work Services in Changsha Social Work Agencies

通过走访长沙市所有正在运行的社会工作机构,对负责人进行结构式访问,对一线社工问卷调查后发现:它们依托社区开展活动,改善了居民心中的社区形象;在有社工机构存在的社区,居民认可度较高;一线社工大多喜爱现在的职业,看好机构发展前景;但机构数量较少,形式较单一;规模较小,管理待完善;依赖政府投入,造血功能不强。成长中遇到了政府和大众、机构自身、一线社工等层面的诸多问题。今后五年机遇和挑战并存,将在曲折中前进。

Through visiting all of the social work institutions which are on-going in Changsha, the structured interview of the person in charge of the institutions and the questionnaire survey on the social workers of the front lines, we found that: they rely on the community to carry out activities, which has improved the community image of the residents;in the community where exists the social work organization, the recognition degree in the residents are relatively high;most of the social workers of the front line are more keen on their present occupation and optimistic about the prospects for the institutions development. Nevertheless, the number of the social work institutions is much less, and the form is single. They have smaller scale, relying on government investment and the 'hematopoietic function' is not strong while the management needs to be improved. In the process of mechanism growth, it encountered the problems derived from three levels of the government and the public, the organization and the frontline social workers. Over the next five years, the social work institutions in Changsha will move forward in the twists and turns, accompanying the opportunities and challenges.
