摘要
教育之为教育的根本特征在于教育是有意识培养人的活动,而人之为人的根本属性在于人的主观能动性和未完成性。教育要培养人,就必须在肯定人的属性前提之下,去探讨培养什么人的问题,进而追问怎样培养人。基于学生人之属性的思考视角,探索学生选择权利的落实与选择能力的培养,要求学校教育重视学生的主体性选择,唤醒学生的选择意识,给学生自主选择的机会,促进学生自我选择能力的提升,从而促成学生的自我教育。
The fundamental characteristics of educational activities is to consciously cultivate a person to be true man, and the fundamental nature of the person's behavior is its subjectivity initiation and imcompleteness. Education should not only cultivate people, but also discuss what and how to cultivates under certain the premise. Based on the quality of students, the aim should cover the person's attributes, explore students' right to choose and selection ability, which requires schools education attaches importance to students ' subjective choice and to promote the ability of the students' self choice, thus contributing to the students' self education.
