摘要
以湖北省12个地级市的统计数据为支撑,构建一个包含1个一级指标、3个二级指标、10个三级指标的生态湖北建设评价指标体系。在此基础上,利用熵值赋权综合评价法分析各市的生态建设状况。进一步利用协调耦合模型对湖北省城镇化与生态环境间的协调发展关系进行了量化分析。研究结果表明:湖北省各市生态建设存在差距,但近年来呈明显的缩小趋势;湖北省生态建设呈"西强东弱"局面;生态建设与经济发展之间呈倒U形关系;总体上,湖北省城镇化与生态环境发展处于勉强协调阶段。
Based on the statistical data of 12 cities in Hubei province as the support, this paper built an evaluation index system of ecological construction of Hubei province. The system contains one first-level indicators, three second-level indicators and ten third-level indicators. This paper used the entropy weight synthesis evaluation method to analyze the ecological construction of each municipal city. Then the paper used the model of coordination and coupling to do a quantitative analysis of the relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in Hubei province. The results show that there exist a gap in the ecological construction of each city in Hubei province but the gap is being reduced in recent years. The ecological construction in Eastern Hubei is better than that of the Western Hubei. There is an inverted u-shaped relationship between ecological construction and economic development. Overall, in Hubei province, the urbanization and ecological environment development are in the stage of barely coordination.
