互联网时代少数民族地区青少年普法教育问题研究——以延边朝鲜族自治州为例 被引量:3

摘要 普法教育作为我国教育事业的重要工程,青少年一直都是其重点对象。在互联网时代,加强对少数民族地区青少年的普法教育,对于社会发展、民族稳定、课程改革等都具有重大意义。近年来,延边州在青少年普法教育工作方面虽取得一定成效,但由于其特殊的地理位置,仍存在家庭普法教育缺失、学校普法工作尚不明确以及对互联网的优劣还不够重视等问题。因此,需要少数民族地区相关部门树立互联网化的普法理念,强化家庭、学校和网络普法教育的合力,净化网络普法环境等,使青少年普法教育工作得到有效开展。 Legal Education,as an important project of our country's education,has always been the focus of youth. With the continuous updating of information technology,the Internet has gradually become a key factor affecting the behavior of young people. In border areas of minorities,adolescents is more likely to be affected. So the strengthening of minority adolescents in legal education it is of great significance for the curriculum reform,social development,and national stability,. In recent years,although in Yanbian Prefecture youth legal education made some achievements,but because of its special geographical location,there is still lack of family legal education,the school legal work is not clear and for the pros and cons of the Internet is not enough attention to such problems. All of these problems require minority areas of the concerned gpvern,emt departments to build the concept of the Internet popularization,enhance the families,schools and the Internet law education,purify network legal environment etc.,so as to promote the effective implementation of Youth Legal Education in ethnic minority areas.
