摘要
专业会议策划者、会议需求者和参会者是会议中心的主要客户群体,也是会议中心官方网站的主要访问人群。作为会议中心的营销渠道之一,精心设计的官方网站能够为潜在客户提供贴心的服务和优质的用户体验。基于客户需求视角,运用多案例探索性研究方法,分析国外会议业发达城市的会议中心官方网站的内容编排设计,进而为我国会议中心的官方网站设计提供借鉴,以便更好地为相关客户提供服务。
The professional conference organizers( PCO),meeting requesters and attendees are the main customers of the convention center,as well as the main people visiting the convention center official website. As one of the marketing channels of a convention center,well-designed official website can provide attentive service and high-quality experience of use. Based on customer-demand perspective and the use of multiple cases exploratory research methods,this paper analyzes the content design of the convention center's official website of well developed cities abroad,and then provides a reference for the design of the official website of convention centers in our country,so as to provide better serve for customers.
